i dont get it its like a snyggast.nu with tatoos or do i vote if they people without tatoos should get one?

in that case yes all the ones posting pics of themself without tatoos should get one that says "im a stupid attention whore" in the forehead

The idea would be that ppl shall upload pics of tattos to get votes on those, maybe it could use a clarification somewhere for ppl not understanding that idea.
