The boss drops a "token" for a certain slot for a certain set of classes (it's not really called a "token", but I'm speaking of it mechanically here), which you then turn in for the type of set piece of your choice (ie: for a warrior, the tanking plate or the dps plate, or for a druid you choose between the healing, moonkin, or feral gear).

Their concept for elemental was OK-ish (Naxx class loot) but their mockup for the Gladiator arena sets are dubious at best.
Gimme Warrior quality strength imo!

Problem is that a priest is probably the best hybrid around what with them having good damage if specced for it, access to *good* loot if they do want to do dps and at the same time still being a damn fine healer. To be honest, itemization is the key here, and priests gets the biggest benefit since they use the exact same stats as the main cloth dps classes, thus there's no need for seperate itemization. Only thing holding them back is that they have to collect two sets of gear instead of one.
Edit: Synergetic talents goes some ways to remedy that, but nowhere near far enough as it stands now imo.
