Yes I Know, I've read the information, you're not recruiting mages atm, but I'm going for the "Consider-me-because-of-one-hell-of-an-application"- achievement.
First of all, I'm not a big fan of the kind of applications where you just answer question after question. I basically like the essay (spelling?) application way. So get comfortable in your chair and get rdy to read one hell of a text.
Anyways:
As you've alredy might have figured out, I play a mage, a Blood Elf mage. A very skilled and very experienced blood elf mage who used to play a troll(!).
My RL name is Jonathan, I'm 18 years old and I come from sweden. I do know that most of you in SM are 25+, but honestly, I prefer 25+ rather than 20-. I really hate immature and unserious players. I've played WoW for about 4 years with a few breaks now and then. I've always played a mage except from a short alliance period during burning crusade. Then I played a druid.
As I said, I'm a experienced player. I know my class and other classes very well, and I do know how to act in a raid when you face a new boss encounter of any kind. Because that's why I play this game, to face new exciting encounters. I play the game so I can see new encounters, so I can wipe on encounters with friends, and finally, so I can kill new encounters.
I wanna join SM because I think I could get something out of this guild and you can get something out of me. And also because my gear and my raid experience suites your progress.
I've done Ulduar25 (except Yogg and Algalon, tried yogg many times though), ToC10/25, done a few tries on heroic but without any success.
But just because of that, I would still say I know the encounters well. I've watched movies and read guides for ages just to prepare for the day I get to kill a ToC heroic boss.
I always show up in time for raids. I bring pots, I bring flasks, I bring feasts. I arrive to the raid REPAIRED and rdy to wipe!
