Would like to join SM

Hi guys, i would like yo join u, im undead mage,5 epic items,116fr,epicmount.
Starting by answering the questions mentioned in sticky:

-Age:27
-Location:Greece,Athens
-Guilds:Elitewishers
-Left EW cause rules/dkp/schedule was really messed up and officers were unfair to ppl on all these.
-I wanna join SM cause (from the info i have collected so far) seems like a very well organized guild with standard rules,dkp,shcedule.
-Killed onyxia,ragna and tried 1st bwl boss
-male
-Im not in lava and i hope to stay this way
-baywatch girls suit him more than the talking car but music of knight rider remains cool

Our invites are not only based on what we need for raids guys...can't remember when we did.

But what you do need to realize Ozone is that we can not guarantee you a spot in our raids all the time, it's an activity-based matter, and I think you should group with some of our members ingame a bit first to get to know us

well we always seem to have problems to get people in time for raids, maybe some more players could set fire under peoples asses...

Well if you're gona invite more ppl for classes that we "don't need" you should make the raiding rules more strict, e.g. if you're active and sign up for a lot of raids you have a bigger change on coming on the raids.
Otherwise you will have to have a very large rotation on people which isn't good at all.

What you will get is disgruntled players and the loot will be spread to thin amongst the different players.

I there for think that when recrueting new players to the guild(s) we should at least try to get active players this will help us in bwl e.g.

I am disappointed at how people disapprove with a potential valuable, nice and active guildie because he is of a class that might threaten their position in our loot obsessed PvE raids...

Kibs - you were rostered for a MC raid.
Of course rostering any raid goes like - "you sign up, you show up". If that doesn't happen, whomever is rostering up the raids in advance will keep that in mind for the future.

i had 4 mages signed for onyxia yesterday, some people didnt want to join, some couldnt. last day i got 3 extra signs, whom got reserves, and they had some luck and got in.

with this i wanna say, i cant say 4 mages was to many, eh? i usually uses like 8.
