Q u o t e:
Assuming most classes had a 30% dps boost, or a least a 30% threat boost (mages get more).

Before 2.0

Alliance
Dps : 70% threat
Tank : 100% threat
Horde
Dps : 100% threat (some with -20% but no WF/agi in this case)
Tank : 100%

After 2.0

Alliance
Dps 100%
Tank 100%
Horde
Dps 130%
Tank 100%

I'd love to have Paladins on my side, but for the moment it isn't the case. I understand that this unbalance is the consequence of balancing between faction but for the moment Horde tanking is FUBAR.

Errr wrong, DPS classes have a default reduced % to agro, rogues for example have something like 90% threat where a warrior has at least 110% (excluding talents based completly on defensive stance) Just because you got nerfed doesnt mean alliance didnt suffer the same, where you guys knew how to hold back before the alliance never really learnt that same limit of control, this "nerf" as you put it is in actual fact the same nerf to both sides, infact with the threat change that took place a couple of patches ago, its actually about 15-20% reduced threat to alliance not this 30% that your all whining about.

You'd think as a warrior you'd go find this stuff out before you start whining about it, obviously some people are too stupid and set in their ways to do a slight bit of research before they go typing crap on the forums and complaining about how imbalanced somebody else is.

If you have problems holding agro, go respec full prot and learn to play all over again you know, the same as every other class in the game.
Found this in that thread.

And the above point is countered further in that thread

Might a poem help? (also found on the warrior forum)

I'm jealous of every Felguard
Underneith the sun
I don't wish I had a Felguard pet, no
I wish that I WAS one.

Oh I wish I was a Felguard,
with bad teeth and spikey back
With a charge that doesn't miss
Whenever I attack

To be able to enter combat
With a bar full of blue rage
to start shooting off specials
the very moment I engage!

To weild a mighty 2H axe
without worry of the cost
A felguard isn't 'normalized'
so no rage there is lost

And to fight my foes half naked
without a speck of fear
Oh to be a felguard
un-dependent on gear!

Sure I'd be a warlocks slave
won't bother me in the least
No different than things are now
I'm shackled to a priest!

So Blizzard if you're listening
(Yeah right, we've no such luck)
I wish I was a Felguard
So then I could cease to suck.
I ain't leaving without your soul and I am sober this time.

Remember, remember, the 6th of December,
The patch day treason and plot.
I see no reason, for BT and Cleavin',
Since Tseric wants us to spec Prot.

Tseric wrote: Heya gang,

Just to let you know, a hotfix for Mace Spec should be going in sometime soon that should increase the rage awarded on proc, but lower the proc rate.

The proc should roughly be 11% with a 3.80 speed weapon, 8% with a 2.80 speed, and 4% with a 1.70 speed.

The rage awarded should now be 6 points on proc.

The tooltip will reflect this in a future patch.
atm the proc is:

Well, at least something is bugged to our advantage.

Tonight i'll try to test it. But i doubt it's even close to 32%.

Remember the good ol' days when the TuF was in it's prime glory. Knockback stun and everything.

God every warrior was like a rogue with that and mace spec.
Stuns all over.

Some things are just too good to be true!

I wonder what the best tanking and warrior-dps shaman-air totem is now?

Windfury vs. Grace of Air.

(keep in mind, windfury procs are now yellow damage and generate 0 rage)

If there's a dual wield shaman in your group, know that the Shaman will have a big personal preference for Grace of Air, obviously :)

Agility should add a bit more then 3% to crit at 60.

Windfury Totem should add about 20% to your [Melee] damage in damagemeters which, for warriors, can total quite low on fights like patchwerk, as I noticed with Zilver and Shaatii on the last PW we did.
That's fury warriors though.
