There are PvP items acquirable through the honor and the arena system.
You can outfit yourself in 100% epics using those systems.
And those PvP outfits always have resilience on them (instead of spirit or similar PvE related crap).

Bracers, belts and boots are not an arena set but generic items you acquired through the newfound Honor system.
These boots add, for mail users, in the case of enhancement shaman +39 resilience (the elemental bracers, belts and boots seem to have slightly higher resilience).
The enhancement shaman Earthshaker set adds a total of +152 resilience counting socket and set bonii but not jewels that could be socketed.

Other items acquired through PvP it seems are...
...two rings with +15 and +11 resilience respectively.
...pvp honor system neck with +15 resilience.
...pvp trinket that removes CC with +32 resilience.
...pvp talisman(trinket) that is a damage shield with +34 resilience.
...pvp sarge cloak that adds +17 resilience.

...gladiator weapons add 9+9 or 22 or 25 resilience wether it's dual wielding, melee weapon or staff.

This totals 316 resilience on a complete set of armor and gear.
And reduces the rate at which enemies can crit you by 8.5%.
Any action that does crit on you will be reduced by 17% in power.
A 1000 MS crit will result in a 831 MS crit instead, if you have this amount of resilience.
And a shadowbolt that crits you for 2000 will instead crit you for 1660.

The Kiss of the Spider trinket that drops off Maexxna will increase melee speed by only 12.7% at Level 70, instead of the 20% it does today.
The Mind Quickening Gem trinket that is a Mage's class trinket from Vaelestraz will only hasten spellcasting by 20.9% at Level 70 instead of the 33% it does today.

QFT. There's nothing i like better than setting up column after column of numbers in my head and then try to divide by a decimal figure.
Anna Navarre: You're wearing sunglasses on a night operation?
JC Denton: My vision is augmented.
