I only spotted when he brought the beer from under the table and that he had the cards in his hands when he was "dropping" the deck.

The flexibility of the bicycle deck i can't figure out though.

how the hell does he throw the bottom card with the ringfinger and pinkyfinger while stil holding a deck in the palm of the hand? Is he faking that or is he really throwing it?
