A drain is affected by healing debuffs so it is a heal.
A drain is not affected by +healing so it is not a heal.
A felguard can be disarmed because it has a weapon.
A felguard can't benefit from windfury totem because it has no weapon.

btw anyone know the hitcap if u have cataclysm? if ure not considering hitcapping soulshatter. At level 80, 26.232 hit rating is equivalent to 1% hit.
