When I read the druid changes for example I think it's strange they can be awesome at healing, tanking AND dps. From what I remember noone wanted the DPS warriors in our beginning KZ raids, so guess it'll be hard to get in the grp.

How will SM do it? Will we have a "core" that does all progressing and leaving out other players?
