Here is some lvl guide, personally i used joana's horde guide while lvling my be hunter. But this one looks fine as well!

For spec, i think go Retribution for solo pve ...to spec it right check some armory profiles or visit the pala forums.

In pvp this is useless because the pet will be killed the moment you send it in. That is so bs, beastal wrath/rage whatever... does sick amount of damage. What happens is, that most ppl will ignore the pet and let them bash other players. Ofcourse there are exceptions but most of the time it wont g...

I use one macro, marking target, pet attack and autoshot.

All the other skills are attached to buttons on ze keyboard and some on mouse.
For example, wing clip is on mouse4 en trinkets on mouse5.
