just pick easy settings manually in adobe premiere.. manually insert 24 or 25 frames per second 320x240 resolution.. export to mpeg 3.. sound to 96Khz (or more, the end result will be 96 or 128 iirc) this will give the best resolution/sound for the tube/google... you might amplify the sound in premi...
