The most of achievements it ways smart blizz idea to make a player to lose many time and some times many gold. That was the problem with "hardvore" players who play with one char and bored the game.

actualy we play with fireball for 2 reasons.
Torment the Weak frome Arcane talents and for the Spell Impact.
Frostfirebolt is good for a non gear mage atm.
