Well, you can cast regrowth aswell. And all hotspells + reg gets 20% effect bonus and -20% mana cost. So if it wheren't for the snare that form would rock in pvp especially with 50%+ critrate on regrowth. But hey, making stuff pvp oriented in the resto tree would be a buff to it, can't have that ...
