Well if you are geared With like +500 spelldmg if you go Arcane/Fire with Arcane Power you have the chance everytime your pyro crits you won the duel (not with sl locks)
But why not going frost and have a 60 % chance to crit on a frozen target?
and the nice Frostbite for melles.

No fenz imo dont even try that build. With no imp cs and no blastwave when you will fight versus a healer it would be like a miracle to kill them. And ofc the talents in peircing ice have no big use put for sure ice burrier if you are going to put 33 talents in frost. But that's only my opinion :roll:

Nope in the new patch Arcane Missles takes 120 %

I think Fenz Elemental Precesion is much better from Arcane Subtlety so i would prefer those 2 talents on 4 % hit and not on -10 resistance.
