you guys mention amp curse a lot, is it really that good?
I just remember from when i had that build 20/31/0, that i always forgot to use it, because i was more focused on the draining and stuff like that.
the reason i respecced was actually that i think 3.0 sec is a long cast time for shadowbolt ...
